30 march 2017: Piet Brouwer recently delivered various successful fishery projects, including the extension of the UK-151 Stellar. The vessel was extended by four metres and provided with a new Flyshoot system. The latter was developed by our subsidiary Marble Automation together with Osey/VCU TCD Urk and has now been installed.
The formerly German SK-18 was refurbished and transformed into the Belgian Z-182 Hennie. The Eurokotter underwent major maintenance, including a largely renewed wheelhouse, consoles and control panels.
After a fire in the engine room of the fishing vessel NG-21 damaged the main cables to the wheelhouse, Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology quickly provided the vessel with the required new cabling.
Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology converted the e-installation from 110 Volt direct voltage to 400/230 Volt alternating current on board the ST-2 Boreas. The major transformation involved replacing nearly all parts.
E-panels consisting of one distribution box plus a control panel for catch processing were delivered by Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology to the L-757 Aaltje Postma, FR-220 and the French Saint Josse IV.
Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology will shortly deliver the e-panels for the UK-176, consisting of one distribution box plus two control panels for catch processing. The equipment will be installed in Urk. In Harlingen, we will be installing a new Marble Automation alarm system with a main engine monitoring system on board the UK-148.
