Last year “MS Nordic” was launched as the second new build in the Hartman M2 Runner series, which consists of general/heavy cargo vessels with an open top notation. Oceanic (92.9 x 15, 2978 gt, 3500dwt) can transport twice the amount of wind turbine parts for the same costs as other 3000-ton vessels.
In this video Henk Brouwer (Managing Director) and Klaas Ras (Field Engineer) are informing from the main switchroom about the several installations onboard the M2 Runner series.
Recently “MS Arctick Rock” has also been delivered, which is the third ship in the M2 Runner series. More information about this vessel you can find here. In the coming period sister ships “MS Baltic” “MS Northern Rock” and “MS Celtic” will also arrive in the port of Urk. Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology will also be responsible for the installation of the electrical systems on board of these ships.
