june 6 2017: We are delighted to announce that the leading Dutch yard Icon Yachts has selected Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology as partner for the entire electrical system on board the Gotham Project, including design, system integration, supply and installation.
Designed in partnership with Ivan Erdevicki of ER Design and Van Oossanen Naval Architects, this 46-metre aluminium superyacht will be equipped with the very latest technologies and be a truly iconic vessel.
The scope of the work for Piet Brouwer Electrotechnology includes: 
– The complete engineering package- System integration – Power generation and power management – AC and DC power distribution- Panel building- Cabling plan- All interior lighting – All exterior lighting – Underwater lighting- The DC battery system- The alarm and monitoring system- Tank content measurement system- The hybrid shore converter- System integration- Installation work- Initial commissioning
